The Brothers Quinn @ Phoenix Park Bandhsell

The Brothers Quinn is a four piece folk ensemble from southeastern Wisconsin fronted by WAMI award winning fiddle player Blaine McQuinn. The Brothers Quinn perform a variety of music including Irish, bluegrass, classic country, and blues; however, it’s not unusual to hear some Beatles or even Radiohead. Blaine is joined on stage by his brother Timothy McQuinn on drums, washboard, and vocals, Peyton Lencho on upright bass and Brian “Looper” Lucas on harmonica, guitar and vocals. Together, these boys bring a unique energy to familiar songs and even a few unfamiliar tunes. The Brothers Quinn have been winning over audiences for the past 2 years with their unique blend of music!

Blaine and Timothy, formerly of the Celtic-Punk band Whiskey of the Damned, have played a variety of venues including Summerfest’s Harley Davidson Stage opening for Dropkick Murphys, Irish Fest’s Celtic Rock Stage, and The Oshkosh Irish Fest. Blaine was the recipient of a Wisconsin Area Music Award for 2013 String Player of the Year.

“The Salute to Lady Liberty”

It began as a gift to Mrs. Lincoln. Today it is a background prop for selling car insurance. It’s meaning remains undiminished! The Statue of Liberty stands as “The lamp beside the Golden Door” as it welcomes all to “the last best hope on earth”! The generations that came through Ellis Island saw this marvelous edifice as their first glimpse of freedom! It is the enduring symbol of “We The People”!

In honor of our nations independence, we take a musical salute to Lady Liberty. Nearly every great American composer has honored her: Bernstein, Miranda, Williams, Rogers & Hammerstein and Sousa. A rich “red white and blue musical tapestry” of American Music will recount her timeless story.

A “Star Spangled” evening of patriotic joy awaits one and all. Bandmaster Ed Pierce promises to bring all of the musical talents of the Palmyra-Eagle Community Band to bear to bring to audiences a truly “Star Spangled Flag Waving Night”! On hand will be various instrumental soloists, our magnificent dance team, the superb “Kettle Moraine Blues” and the majestic vocal talents of our soloist in residence Kim “Kimbirdlee” Fadner.

Come one and all for an evening of music designed to move every American heart.

Mark & Gretch & Joe @ Phoenix Park Bandshell

With 20 CD’s currently in the marketplace, Mark & Gretch Hladish, with Jo Hodgins are known music professionals in the Walworth County area. Performing together as a vocal trio in a unique cabaret-styled musical experience since 2010, their music is the backbone of Rosewood in Delavan, Wisconsin entertaining theater goers from 7-10 states. Mark, the group’s producer, plays 17 different instruments, and has recorded every note of their repertoire spanning 1930’s to current day. This melding of incredible harmonies on such a wide variety of music is a crowd pleaser, every time.

In 2005, Mark and Gretch Hladish first blended their musical influences and talents, playing a mix of pop, classic rock and country. They were learning how to entertain together. Mark says, “now it seems so natural to arrange and produce music together – roles are more defined and we each do our part to build the performances and recordings.” Audiences knew them by name and it seemed pretentious to call themselves anything other than Mark & Gretch!

They have crafted a unique musical performance and one-of-a-kind audience experience. They have become skilled at creating amazing interactive performance soundtracks. These tracks allow the group to perform live vocals and play instruments accompanied by the sound of an entire backup band. They faithfully recreate the sound of the original hit recordings. Their versatile repertoire and extraordinary vocal style has become their trademark, performing over 200 shows each year.

Joe 2.0

JOE 2.0 – Joe 2.0 Homepage (joe20.com)

JOE 2.0 was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2011, by violinist, Joseph Ketchum.

JOE 2.0 was formed to see if a string quartet could play
rock and pop music in a powerful and non-lame way.

JOE 2.0 is comprised of an electrified string quartet (2 Violins, Viola, and Cello),
plus drums and the inimitable vocals of original “Cheap Trick” lead singer, Xeno.

JOE 2.0 uses painstakingly crafted analogue effects on the strings to emulate the sounds of
electric guitar, keyboards, bass, horns, and other things.

JOE 2.0 blends these sounds with the natural sound of the strings,
creating a rock/pop sound with a symphonic power to it.
It’s like a rock band and orchestra had a baby, and they called it “JOE 2.0”.

A “Rockestra” if you will, good citizen.

JOE 2.0 sometimes let’s Xeno play guitar so his hands don’t get too fidgety,
but for the most part, JOE 2.0 does not condone or allow the use of fretted instruments.
JOE 2.0 makes a few exceptions only for Xeno.

JOE 2.0 performs a wide variety of cover songs from many genres and eras.

Some of the songs are very pretty and intricate and elegant.
Some of the songs are savage and raucous and loud.
All of the songs are special in their own way, just like you, citizen.

Artists covered include but are not limited to:
The Beatles, The White Stripes, Gary Puckett, Antonio Vivaldi, Elvis,
The Who, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Green Day, James Brown, etc.

JOE 2.0 has 6 members.  Joseph Ketchum and Xeno are two of them.

You can get to know the other members by sending JOE 2.0 a message or coming to a show.
You can try to use a medium or psychic to learn more names and info,
but unless they are a JOE 2.0 fan or friend, they won’t be able to help you.
Better to get your truth from the source.

Messaging JOE 2.0 or attending a JOE 2.0 is also a good way
to find out why JOE 2.0 is named “JOE 2.0”.

JOE 2.0 is not afraid of the robots.

JOE 2.0 will protect citizens who request protection from the robots.

When that time comes.

JOE 2.0 thanks you for your patronage.

Current Projects:

Sound System Upgrade. It’s fantastic!!

We have upgraded the sound system for our shows. We acquired a state of the art digital system to enhance the experience at the bandshell.

This is a unique opportunity for a sponsor(s) to  have the naming rights for the sound system for a period of time to be discussed. Each performance, each notice sent out, each program guide, and each social media posting will include the named sound system for the sponsor.

This is a projected $25K expenditure that will give us and the sponsor a long term benefit.

Please contact us directly when you are interested.
